Call me before you dig!  I can save you money if you call me before you break ground.  I will create a 3D masterplan and plan ahead for clearing and grading before you or your builder makes a mistake.  This project involved clearing less than half of a 4 acre lot to fit the house, drives, swimming pool, pool house, gazebo, kids play area, lawns, and landscaping.  Clearing is expensive, not to mention the cost of landscaping and maintenance.  Please notice the automatic pool cover that appears to come out from under the pool house.  See also Collins, Hayes, Frank, English country manor and Land Planning,
